Freego offers a 2-year limited Manufacturer Warranty for the Original Retail Purchaser only. It is the dealer’s responsibility to offer Call service and repair job to his customers. Within 2 years from the date of purchase, Freego only offers Free Spare Parts (under warranty) to the dealer as well as online technical supports. Parts supply validity is 2 years maximum.

Notes: The rest parts which are not stated above are NOT covered by the WARRANTY including but not limited to all Wear and tear items: Shifter, Bearings, Brake Pads, Disc Pad, Chains, Free Hub Bodies, , and casings, Spokes, Sprockets, Stripped threads/bolts, Tools, Fasteners (screws) and Rubber moving parts.

Not covered by Warranty. If the bike is broken by man-made damage or out of warranty, Freegocanoffer2-year supply of Replacement Parts to make sure the product can keep workable status. The dealer shall buy the parts from Freego and the price-list will be updated time by time.

Note: The following conditions are not covered by warranty

I. Electrical damage caused by improper use of the battery such as using an unapproved charger; Battery is longtime left uncharged, or plugging the power cable in the wrong way is not covered. Please charge battery responsibly and regularly (at least one time per month). If your battery can not be charged because you keep it uncharged more than 1 month, the battery may enter into deep sleeping mode that can not work again. You have to buy new battery with your own cost.

II. Water damage caused by improper use in snow, wet or flooded conditions is not covered. Our products are rain resistant, not waterproof. Please use with care!

III. Damage caused by accidents, disasters, or improper use such as racing or jumping or overweight is not covered.

IV. Damage caused by not following the User’s Manual or not following proper maintenance procedures is not covered.

V. The warranty does not cover any damage or missing parcels caused by courier services. Once our products leave warehouse Freego have absolutely no control over them. However Freego are willing to assist the buyer in getting compensation from the courier service. Freego suggest the buyer to contact the shipping carrier first for the proof of any missing or broken items. This proof is the key to get any compensation

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3~8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

For some regions, due to geographical location and local shipping policies, we will charge some transportation costs. For specific transportation time and costs, please refer to the following:

SHIPPING CHANGES

Before Shipping

Order cancellation  If you cancel the order that was placed in 8 hours, the processing fee will not be charged.
Replacements and exchanges If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
Change of address No charge fee.

After Shipping

Order cancellation  If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150, Please contact us for the return address: returns@ecorideusa.com
Change of address Please contact us, We will provide the shipping number and carrier phone number, please contact the carrier by yourself, and the cost incurred shall be borne by the customer.
Replacements and exchanges

A) If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.

B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

C) If you want to cancel the order, 10% of the item cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on Eco Ride USA. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to info@ecorideusa.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

Kindly Notes:

1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

3. It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

Return Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

In an effort to streamline and ensure a smooth return process, we have updated our return policy to better serve you, we offer 14 days return policy. For any returns to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must remain unopened and undamaged upon receipt. It should not have undergone any assembly, alterations, or incurred any scratches or damages.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging to preserve its resale value and ensure it does not impede our ability to resell it.
  3. Customers initiating a return will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds will be processed after deducting the initial shipping fee and any associated bank transaction charges from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer's original payment method or account.

We have implemented these measures due to the high-value nature of our product and the substantial costs involved in its transportation, typically ranging between $150 to $250. We strongly advise customers against making impulsive purchases and urge them to refrain from casual returns upon receiving the product. Even if we accept a return without affecting our ability to resell the item, we are obliged to deduct the incurred shipping costs and relevant bank transaction charges (such as credit card processing fees) from the refund. It is imperative to ensure that Eco Ride USA does not incur any losses before we can proceed with refunding the remaining balance to the buyer.

This policy aims to maintain the quality of our products and ensure a fair process for both our customers and our business. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@ecorideusa.com. 

The Estimated Delivery on the product page is an estimate, therefore if the product arrives outside of the estimated delivery window the customer will hold no action.  Top Sports Tech will do its best to communicate shipping delays but cannot control global and local supply chain issues.

Shipping Options

Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-15 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering. 

  • Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area. 
  • White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds: At Top Sports Tech we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made to order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Shipping Times

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.  We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages based upon what our suppliers and freight companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice (Due to supply chain issues, the steel mills behind on making metal, the manufacturers delayed because of the mills, the overwhelmingly demand on shipping, factory/warehouse and dock workers and so on). 

Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of EcoRideUSA's control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

Please Read the Following

When you are making a purchase from EcoRideUSA, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to  inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to top sports tech within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund. 
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 20%. 
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of EcoRideUSA.
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of EcoRideUSA (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@ecorideusa.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Returns

The EcoRideUSA default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details. 

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive, and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue.
